Each product at Shalini Enterprises is handcrafted with love and care. Slight variations in color, weave, or texture are natural characteristics of handloom products and not considered defects.
However, if you receive a damaged, defective, or wrong product, we’ll happily assist you with a return or exchange.
Conditions for Return/Exchange:
Requests must be made within 7 days of delivery.
The product must be unused, unwashed, and in original packaging.
The tag and barcode must be intact and attached.
Custom-made or personalized items are not eligible for return or exchange unless damaged.

Once approved, we’ll share the return instructions or arrange a pickup.
Refunds or exchanges will be processed within 5–7 business days of receiving the returned product.
